We are currently the reference in reconditioning and reconversion of machines in Spain and even in Europe, especially centreless grinding machines of different makes such as ESTARTA, CINCINNATI, LIDKÖPING, SENY, BOCCA MALANDRONE, etc...
Our retrofitting service is based on:
- Choice of the most appropriate machine for each project.
- Incorporation and/or upgrade to CNC as today's high-tech requirement, ensuring high precision and productivity.
- Adaptation of the machine with the requirements that meet the customer's specific needs: number of axes, loader, measuring device, etc.
- Turnkey lines with commissioning at the customer's premises.
A brief review of our history
We founded MTLA in a very humble 400 m² workshop where we repair all types of machinery.
We have expanded our workshop with a 1,100m² warehouse to house our growing stock.
We started in the sector of buying and selling machine tools. Due to the increase in stock, we built another 2,500m² warehouse.
We specialise in the retrofitting of centreless grinding machines, expanding our services to offer more solutions to our customers.
We continue to guarantee a personalised service, achieving loyal and satisfied customers who support our work every day.
Our team
We are proud to say that we are one of the pioneering companies in the metallurgy sector in Extremadura, a region traditionally linked to the primary sector. Our effort and dedication have allowed us to excel in the reconversion of centreless grinding machines at Spanish / European level. We are a compact team of highly qualified professionals committed to innovation and excellence. Our production staff includes technical experts in the development of electrical and mechanical software, ensuring results that meet the strictest quality standards. The administrative team manages the relationship with customers, manufacturers, suppliers and distributors for purchases and sales from all areas of the world, providing an agile and personalised service.
Nuestras instalaciones
We started our adventure in a small workshop, but the constant growth and the confidence of our customers have led us to build two industrial buildings of approximately 1.100m² and 2.500m², where we can house an extensive stock of more than 150 centreless grinding machines (between other types of machines), and dedicate a special area for the retrofitting of the different projects we have underway.
